DISTINCTIVE RANKING OFFICIALS FROM TETFund ABUJA VISITS TeCETEL FOR APPRAISAL

Officials from TETFund paid a visit to TeCETEL today 22/01/2025 for assessment purpose.

Before commencing their work, they paid a visit to the office of the Ag. Director, Academic Planning, Dr Haliru Musa who represented the Ag. VC, Dr. Suleiman Balarabe to seek the consent of the University's Authority to embark on their assignment.

The Director of the Centre, Dr. Ajibola Ilesanmi, introduced the officials to the Ag. Director Academic Planning; and the team later proceeded to the Center for the assignment.

The leader of the Team, Professor Etannibi Alemika along with Dr. Gbate Mohammed and Hajiya Asma'u Sani Maikudi assessed the Centre's structures, equipments and fercilities as well as management staff of the Center.

After the assessment the Team reported their observations to the Institution's Authority, where they expressed great satisfaction with what they saw. They said they were impressed with the activities and operations of the Center, attributing it to the quality leadership of the Director of the Center as well as the Management Team for their individual and collective roles in attaining the successes achieved within a short period of time.

The Team had discussions  first with the Centre's Management and later with the University Management. The discussions were centred around areas of collaborations for improvement in the operation of the Center.

In his response, the Ag. Director, Academic, Planning thanked the Team and appreciated them for their positive feedback on the assessment made and assured them of the University's readiness to continue to support the Center in its operations for improvement and sustainability.

The Deputy Director of the Center, Dr Ramatu Nuru Asabe, the Communication and Documentation Officer, Dr Yahuza Salmanu, the Admin Officer, Barr.  Muhammad Saminu Abubakar, the Finance Officer, Mal. Sadisu Na'ali, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Mal. Yussuf Yakubu, the Procurement Officer, Engr. Abdulrazak Tanko, the Internal Auditor, Mal. Sani Dalhat Bello, the Research Officer I, Dr. Ahmad Zubairu, the Research Officer II, Mal. Mustaha  Mohammed Yusuf, and other members of staff of the Center were all in attendance at the occasion
